Bundle up and hit the slopes with Root & Roar Kids Yoga!
In this high-energy Winter Sports Adventure, children explore snowboarding and skiing–inspired yoga poses designed to build strength, balance, and confidence.
Kids will move through wide stances, playful transitions, and teamwork games — learning how to channel big energy into focused movement. Parents are encouraged to join alongside their child for shared connection and fun.
