🌼 Root & Roar Storytime Yoga: Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt

Spring is a time of growth — and this special Root & Roar Storytime Yoga class invites children and caregivers to explore how plants, animals, and people all work together to help the world grow.

Using the beloved picture book Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt by Kate Messner, we’ll move through a playful yoga adventure that brings the story to life through imagination, gentle movement, breathwork, and connection.

Children will stretch like growing plants, curl up like seeds underground, buzz like bees, wiggle like worms, and rest in a peaceful garden — all while learning how caring for the earth starts with awareness, kindness, and curiosity.
