🌲 Root & Roar Storytime Yoga: The Hike

Join us for a playful and grounding Root & Roar Storytime Yoga at the Council Bluffs Public Library, featuring the beautifully illustrated book The Hike by Alison Farrell.

In this nature-inspired class, children and their caregivers will embark on an imaginative hiking adventure — climbing mountains, crossing streams, spotting animals, and pausing to notice the world around them. Through yoga poses, mindful breathing, and storytelling, kids learn that being brave doesn’t mean rushing — it means noticing, trying, and trusting yourself.
