Join us for a cozy winter Root & Roar Storytime Yoga at the Council Bluffs Library!
This month’s class is inspired by the beloved book The Biggest Snowman Ever by Steven Kroll, and focuses on teamwork, cooperation, and friendship through movement, breath, and imagination.
This 30-minute interactive class blends storytime + kids yoga + mindfulness, inviting children to move their bodies, calm their minds, and practice being kind, supportive friends — all in a playful, age-appropriate way.
