Root & Roar Kids Yoga is excited to partner with the Omaha Children’s Museum to offer a calming, playful, and emotionally supportive kids yoga experience for families.
This January class invites children to explore big feelings through color, movement, and breath, helping them better understand their emotions while building confidence, focus, and connection with their grown-ups.
