This week in our Winter Sports Adventures series, kids explore hockey-inspired yoga and mindfulnessย to practice pausing, focusing, and trying again โ even when emotions feel big.
Through movement, breathwork, playful challenges, and guided calm-down time, children learn how to manage excitement and frustration in healthy ways.
