Terms for Membership Access

These Membership Access Terms ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of any paid membership offerings provided by Root & Roar Yoga ("we," "our," "us") through our website www.rootandroarkidsyoga.com (the "Site").

By enrolling in a membership, you agree to comply with these Terms, in addition to our general [Terms & Conditions], [Privacy Policy], and any applicable [Booking Terms].

Overview of Membership Services

Our membership options may include:
-Access to pre-recorded kids yoga videos
-Printable tools and exclusive digital downloads
-Guided mindfulness resources
-Bonus content for parents, teachers, or caregivers
-Access to courses or structured weekly content (e.g., future teacher training)
-Details of each membership tier (features, pricing, duration) are provided on the membership signup page.

User Account & Access

When you purchase a membership, you will be required to create an account with a secure login.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

Access is for individual use only and may not be shared with others outside your household or organization without written permission.

Unauthorized account sharing or distribution of content may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

Payment Terms & Billing

Membership fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).

All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a trial or special promotion.

If you cancel your membership before the end of your billing cycle, you will retain access until the period ends but will not receive a refund.

We reserve the right to change pricing, terms, or membership tiers with reasonable notice. Ongoing members will be informed in advance.

Cancellation & Renewal

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@rootandroarkidsyoga.com.

Cancellation must be completed before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current subscription term.

Content Usage & Copyright

All videos, printables, lesson plans, graphics, and materials inside the membership area are the intellectual property of Root & Roar Yoga and are protected by copyright.

By becoming a member, you agree:

-Not to download, copy, redistribute, or reproduce content for external use (beyond your personal or classroom use, if permitted)
-Not to share content publicly or with individuals who are not authorized members
-To use our materials only as intended—for educational, personal, or classroom use where applicable

If you are a school, yoga instructor, or organization seeking broader usage rights, please contact us for a group or educator license.

Tech & Platform Access

You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and compatible device to access content.

We are not liable for temporary access issues caused by internet outages, third-party hosting, or scheduled maintenance.

If technical issues prevent you from accessing paid content, please notify us and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership access without refund if:
-You violate these Membership Terms
-You share login credentials or distribute content unlawfully
-You engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward instructors or other members

We also reserve the right to discontinue the membership program with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
